You'll start with an HR call for a phone interview. If that goes well, you'll have a virtual chat with the QC manager. If that's good, you'll come in for an on-site interview with the QC director and R&D manager, and then you'll do a tour of the facility.
The final interview stage after going through an agency. They gave me a rundown of the job after I went over my past careers, and then a detailed run-through of the job itself.
I had a 2-person panel interview with the hiring manager, who is the floor shop supervisor, and an HR person. Most of the interview was with the hiring manager. They liked my past experience and gave me a tour of the plant.
