I talked to two current employees on the phone. It was scheduled for 30 mins but felt kind of rushed. They asked about previous experience as well as two technical design questions.
Applied online for the internship role. The entire process took 2 weeks. Had a 30-minute phone interview with 2 mechanical engineers, mostly about my background and a few technical questions. Overall, it was very unprofessional - glad I didn't hear back from them.
First, they asked some questions about my resume and then a bunch of technical questions. The second round was almost all technical. They asked about what kinds of sensors, motors, etc. I knew. They gave me hypothetical situations/problems and asked how I would approach solving it and what electrical/mechanical systems I would use to do so.
