So I interviewed with Aurionpro Solutions. Things were going good initially, I cleared the first screening round and then the second round of interviews. HR told me I cleared those too. Then a third round was scheduled. But 5 mins before the interview, HR messaged that it had to be rescheduled. I was expecting an update later that day but got no call or message. I tried calling and messaging them but no one responded. It was quite disappointing and not handled professionally, especially after clearing a few rounds.
We did a group discussion (GD) which was mostly about tech and current affairs, followed by a personal interview (PI). The PI was pretty generic, focusing on past work experience and HR-related questions. It seems their process doesn't really test for the specific function you'll be placed in, maybe because they're not sure where to put people.
It was easy. They asked simple questions. You should prepare for normal and technical questions. They asked about RCA, customer support experience, and everything about your previous experience. Also, about joining date and salary expectations.
