Candidate-reported interview process

There was an online test that lasted about 130 minutes. It had 6 sections: aptitude, English, data analysis, and mathematical/logical reasoning. After that, about 30-35 candidates were shortlisted for interviews. The interview process had 2 rounds: a technical interview followed by an HR round.

The interview process is entirely based on your resume. We'll ask questions related to your resume and projects, focusing on how they connect to the business and provide value to customers. It's mostly about your resume and what you're interested in.

We started with a screening test covering aptitude and interpretation of coding snippets. Then there were multiple rounds with scenario-based questions, questions about capital project planning, and behavioral situations. They also asked about scrum, software development, and stakeholder knowledge.
