Candidate-reported interview process

This was a typical corporate interview for an entry-level position, with entry-level questions. They were pretty firm on the compensation and didn't really want to negotiate. The interview process itself was fairly easy, nothing out of the ordinary. I didn't have any problems with the questions they asked.

I was greeted by a friendly front desk person and the interview process was very quick and smooth. They went over the job details and what I would be doing. They told me what they expect from me and the calls I should be making after a period of time. They talked about my pay and schedule and also about the company. I interviewed with 2 people: Human Resources and the manager.

The interview process was informal, comfortable, and cordial. The pre-hiring steps were well-organized. My initial application was forwarded to a staffing agency where I completed some lengthy computer tests. Following that, there was a drug test, and then an offer was extended with a 90-day (or possibly shorter) period of employment after an initial temporary employment phase.
