It was a good and interactive interview with a lot of two-way communication. They asked many scenario-based questions in detail and assessed my ability to handle them. They also asked about my willingness to relocate and work extra hours if needed.
The interview process was great. It wasn't scary or demeaning at all. It was a really good experience. I felt like I was chatting with a friend I already knew. A lot of places are cold and treat you like you're just another number. That wasn't the case here.
It went well. The job was described very well. The process had several short interviews which felt a bit stressful. There was plenty of time to think and ask questions. They were flexible on the start date and times.
