The interview process was really chill and not stressful at all. The questions were straightforward and designed to get a sense of you personally. It was a much nicer experience compared to other big companies.
Two months after I applied, I got a call for an interview. I met with the team leads in person. I thought it was pretty cool that they invited me straight to an interview, no need for a bunch of tests or video calls first. Overall, it was a good experience.
I applied online and the application asked about my long term and short term goals. A month later, I was asked for my academic record. Another month passed, and I had a phone call for an interview. I then did a Skype interview at one of their offices, which started 40 minutes late. The interview was about 30 minutes, followed by a job-specific test I wasn't expecting. HR said I'd get feedback in a week, but I never heard back.
