Candidate-reported interview process
The process is still ongoing. It has four steps: resume screening, academic grade review, an online assessment that includes a quiz, writing tasks, and video questions, and finally, an individual interview. I'm not sure if there will be a group interview or group presentations.
The interview process was very straightforward. On the assessment center day, we were scheduled in 15-minute blocks for 4 questions. It was with 2 assessors and wasn't confronting.
I applied for the graduate program last year but didn't hear back. Then out of the blue, HR called me for an interview, and I went to the office for formal interviews. There were two rounds, and I got the offer. The managers who interviewed me were professional and nice, and they were clear about the role and what they wanted from me.
