So after applying online, there were some quizzes, then an in-person interview. I had to do a presentation on a topic related to the role, and I was given about a week to get it ready. The interview itself was pretty chill and I actually enjoyed it.
The interview process was structured and they were very clear about the role and hiring. I got feedback within 3 days. The hiring manager was really humble, professional, and courteous.
First, you submit your cover letter and resume. Then, you go through an assessment centre and after that, an interview. It was all pretty standard, nothing too unusual. They really focus on group work and want to see that you won't be the one dominating the group.
