First, I had an interview over the phone with someone. Then, I had a second interview over Teams. In that one, they asked me some questions about the company and why I wanted to work there.
The interview process felt empathetic and knowledgeable. It was only a phone screening, and then I didn't hear back. I barely interacted with this company so I couldn't give a full review, but I love what the company stands for.
I went through 2 interviews. One was with the manager, and the other one was with the director. The questions they asked were fair, and they were both very kind people! Even though I didn't get an offer, I'm really glad I got the chance. The whole process was super fast because I had both interviews in the same week.
