Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty easy, they just asked me questions and then they either offered me the job on the spot, which is what happened to me, or they will call me if they are having other interviews.

I went to the interview and couldn't get through a word, they didn't explain anything and didn't really give me any benefits or anything. When I was there, I couldn't understand anything.

The interview process was straightforward and laid-back. I was in the back room talking with the manager, whom I knew. Since I knew the manager, I was hired. It was a few years ago, so my memory is a bit hazy.
