Candidate-reported interview process

Applied and got a call the next day to come in for an interview with the manager. It was short, about 15 minutes.

I dropped off my application at the store, and the manager said he'd call me over the weekend for an interview. I didn't get a call, and their website number was out of service when I tried to reach them. About a month later, I went back, and the manager told me to come in for an interview in 4 days. The interview itself was quick and direct. The manager was really nice and easy to talk to.

The company first called me to see if I was interested in an interview. After I said yes, the manager set up a time for me to come in. The interview itself was pretty basic and the questions were direct. The interviewer was nice and seemed to be reading from a list of questions.
