Aultman Health System Interview Questions

The hiring process was pretty simple and all done over Zoom. After I applied, they reached out the very next day to set up an interview. It was about a 20-minute call where they asked me some situational questions, and also some questions about my past work experience and how it applies to this role.

The interview process was very straightforward and they were quick to respond about the position, showing great professionalism. The interview itself lasted about thirty minutes, followed by an in-person meeting with the hiring manager.

It was a typical interview with questions like where will you be in 5 years, biggest strength and weakness, and why you chose us. It took about an hour and I got a tour of the place. It's a nice place and will be around forever.
