Candidate-reported interview process

It was a simple interview process. They asked basic questions like why I wanted to apply for this job, what skills I have, and what my career goals are. They also inquired about my previous work experience and educational background.

The director will chat with you about your past work and why you're a great choice for this role, and also to get to know you better. They will fill you in on the company and the job details, and how demanding it can be.

The interview process was really straightforward. I don't recall a ton of details, but they threw around 20 pretty easy questions. They didn't really dig into stuff like my strengths or weaknesses, or what dishes I like or dislike making.
