Augustana College (Illinois) Interview Questions

So first we had a virtual interview. After that, I came in for an in-person interview. I met with my potential manager and also some other people from HR and payroll.

The interview process was straightforward and quite pleasant. The staff and interviewers were very friendly. It seems like a fantastic place to work, so I highly recommend applying. A good tip would be to chat with current tour guides and ambassadors there to get their advice on the interview.

Started with a Zoom call with my current boss, then another Zoom call with the person who's gonna be my new boss. After that, I flew out for two nights. The first day was a full interview day with group and individual interviews, some during meals. It also included a campus tour and a presentation with a Q&A session.
