It was a pretty standard interview process with three rounds. They asked some typical questions, but I think they didn't like it when I asked about accountability within leadership. After the interviews, they ghosted me for a month before finally telling me I didn't get the job.
Started with a quick phone call from HR to go over the basics. Then, I had another call with both the recruiter and the hiring manager. After that, it was a group interview with my potential future coworkers. Then I interviewed with the VP. It took a few weeks for the offer to get finalized.
It was a super long and drawn-out process that didn't even focus on the actual job. They totally ghosted me afterwards, and I only found out months later that the funding had been cut. HR and the department were really unprofessional and just didn't communicate at all.
