I applied online and they got back to me quickly to set up an in-person interview. It happened a few days later and had two people, a trainer and a manager. They mainly asked behavioral questions for about 30 minutes. That same night, I had to do a skills test on taking patient notes and answering medical questions. The next day, they offered me the job, but I turned it down for a better offer. The interview process was nice, but it seems like they have high turnover.
They set up a few in-person interviews. The first one was the longest, around 4 hours, and I met several people. The second interview was quick, under an hour, and I met with a manager who was more in my specific field for the role. It wasn't the worst interview experience, and it made the company seem legit at the time.
It was a really nice interview with some executives, and everyone was super friendly. They asked some straightforward questions about my background in healthcare and technology, why I was interested in working there, and about my past jobs. They also wanted to know about my understanding of startup culture and how that could impact my happiness at work. A specific question was about the toughest job I'd ever had and what made it so challenging. Overall, it was a pretty standard, basic interview.
