it was great, the first step was this AI video interview where they asked 3-4 questions about yourself and why you want to work for Audley. They also asked hypothetical questions like, "if you were to recommend a travel experience for a client, where would it be, why, and what would the itinerary look like?"
The interview process was very straightforward and positive. All details are laid out in the job description, so there are no surprises. It began with recording responses to a Q&A, then a screener and follow-up interview with management. I enjoyed the process, as there were no gimmicks or time-wasting. My talent acquisition specialist was friendly, transparent, and extremely helpful with all my questions. I am pleased with my interview experience and would rank them first in comparison to my experience interviewing with their primary competitors.
It was a phone interview, with general questions about the company, salary, and benefits. First, there was a phone interview, and if I got selected, there would be another interview. It was an average phone interview overall.
