Candidate-reported interview process

I sent in a video and my CV, and the hiring team got back to me with an email. Then I had a phone interview. After that, HR called me about a formal in-person interview, and then a few days later, they called to offer me the job.

I had a digital interview first, then a phone interview. The interviewer was good, asked good questions, and gave me time to ask about the role and company.

This was a pretty laid-back process, but honestly, they just wasted my time. I asked if my background had any issues for the role, like my lack of sales experience, and they said my resume looked fine. Then, they didn't offer me the job, saying I didn't have the experience they needed. It makes me wonder why they interviewed me at all if they could see that from my resume.
