Candidate-reported interview process

The initial screening was a video recording, which felt a bit awkward answering questions to a screen with only a few seconds to prep before recording. They did let me practice a few beforehand. The main interview was online, lasted an hour, and involved meeting with two department heads.

The whole thing was super drawn out. It felt like forever waiting to hear back from HR, which was annoying because I was just left hanging. The interview itself was okay, though.

It was a two-stage interview process. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager via Skype. Then, I had a follow-up interview with senior management and HR. There was also a personality/suitability test and quiz.
