The interviewer was odd and not personable. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but finished early. It didn't seem to align with my job experience. Not much else to add. They asked some standard questions about me and why I was interested.
It was a 3 round process. First up was a chat with the HR manager. Then, I met with the VP of Finance. The final round was an in-house interview. I was in a group and given a case study. It had a couple of financial statements to review. I had 10 minutes to look them over and then give business member recommendations.
it was very interesting and appealing and engaging, and they asked a lot of good, thoughtful questions that made me feel like it's a good place to work. They seemed to read my resume and volunteer stuff even which is pretty cool and education too.
