The interview process included an initial phone call, followed by a face-to-face interview two days later. It was convenient because it was scheduled for 4 PM. The entire process spanned two days and consisted of five rounds, one of which was a manager round. Despite informing them about my expectations and having another offer, they weren't willing to match it, which felt like a waste of my time. However, I did learn a new technical concept, which was a positive outcome.
The interview process included an initial written test covering aptitude and technical topics, followed by a technical discussion. Next, there was a 30-minute group discussion. The technical difficulty is rated 6.5/10 and is manageable if you are proficient in C. It's recommended to focus your preparation on Trees and Data Structures, specifically for the Firmware team role.
The hiring process was quite laid-back, with a pleasant atmosphere. The people I saw in the lobby were friendly. I spoke with 4 people throughout the process, which felt relaxed. About a month after, I heard back that they had decided to go with another candidate and appreciated my time.
