Initial contact, then a phone call, followed by an in-person meeting. We had a discussion covering 'Why, What, and How,' and then moved on to more questions. There was also a meal involved. The conversation circled back to questions, and then we concluded. They also asked about salary expectations and desires during the internship. The range of tasks was also very broad, including various tasks from project controlling and management.
First, there was a phone interview with lots of questions about the application! The vibe was relaxed and nice. Shortly after, I got invited for an interview. They asked a lot about me, why I chose this internship, why I'm the perfect fit, etc.

Then, a very professional online interview (introduction round, personal questions, knowledge questions, other general conditions); a few days later, the offer came from the department; after that, a discussion with HR regarding formalities.
