First I had a phone call where I had to talk about my resume. Then came detailed questions about my education, work experience, and other skills. Then I was invited for an interview at Audi in Ingolstadt. The interview was similar to the phone call. I answered the same questions.
The interview was fortunately conducted over the phone, saving me a long drive. I was called by my potential manager at the agreed time, who first introduced herself briefly. Then I was asked to talk a little about my professional background. Afterward, I was asked questions about my resume and my skills.
I applied online and then I was invited to the Audi HQ for a coffee chat with a team member. It was a pretty relaxed and personal conversation that lasted about an hour. We mainly talked about my CV, why I think I'd be a good fit, and what motivates me to join Audi and this particular team.
