I applied online and a few days later I got a call asking me to come into the dealership. The in-person interview was really straightforward and easy. You just need to tell them how great you are with people and with your interpersonal skills.
i talked to a recruiter first, then the new car sales manager, the general manager, and the used car manager. they wanted to see professional dress, attention to detail, and respect for the brand name
First, you had to pass a drug test and show you could sell. They wanted to make sure they weren't hiring dead weight! You needed to dress professionally and know about cars. If you seemed excited, it was a great fit.
