We had five interviews total. First two were HR screens, one with a mid-level person and another with a higher-level person. The last interview was with a higher-level person and they asked questions like a manager with some experience.
The process was pretty standard, with some behavioral questions and a couple of technical ones, but nothing too difficult. It felt like a smooth process with two stages. Of course, it might differ by department, but it didn't seem overly strict.
It was a three phase intensive interview process. We started with an initial screening call with HR, then moved on to a first round with the hiring manager. After that, I had a round with the hiring manager and the VP, and the final round was with a panel of peers. All the questions were behavioral based, like 'Tell me about a time when'. It was intense.
