Candidate-reported interview process

The interview had behavioral and technical questions. Some questions touched on how you deal with challenges, working under pressure, goal setting, handling criticism, and managing mistakes.

The interview process was very smooth and everyone I spoke with was nice. I ended up accepting another job offer because the pay was too good to pass up. It seems like a great company with a very professional team, and the HR representative was excellent at explaining the benefits.

After my resume was selected, I got an email invitation for a Zoom group interview. It was pretty much a presentation where we had to take notes. Afterwards, we were asked to send in video responses to questions related to the company presentation. The presenter was really enthusiastic, almost over the top, especially when talking about benefits.
