It was done via Microsoft teams. Although it was somewhat automated, there was an actual person there as well. The only difficulty was being asked a question, with multiple follow-up questions requesting input, but there was no way to type in your answer. I had to copy the question and answer it that way.
I went through a 2 stage interview process. The first interview was with the HR Director, and they were really open and friendly. The interview went well, and it felt both informative and conversational. Then, I had the second interview with the Chief People Officer. Both interviews were pleasant. They asked questions about my CV and went into detail about my experience. It felt like they had both really read my CV thoroughly before talking to me. Overall, it was a good experience, but it's a bummer that the recruitment agency didn't get any feedback besides that I wasn't successful.
The interview was straightforward and the team was really nice and easy to talk to. They asked pretty basic questions that gave a good sense of the job and how the team works. The interviewers were happy to answer my questions about what it's like to work there and the possibilities for moving up in the company.
