Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process had 3 stages: Recruiter, Manager, and Team. All stages were pretty quick, taking about an hour 45 minutes max. The manager is working with the CTO right now.

The HR was super professional, but the rest of the interview process was pretty average. It's a decent company with smart people. I think they're a bit short on developers right now. There were a lot of stages, and the whole thing took several weeks.

I had a phone screen and then an onsite interview. They asked me to solve algorithms on a whiteboard. I got rejected because I didn't use Java for the problems. I don't use Java for whiteboard questions because it's too verbose for a time-constrained task.
