I had one interview and was hired right away. It was pretty easy. I met with the manager, and then someone who asked me some Spanish questions to check my Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills. I started working there within two weeks.
They started with a typing test to check how fast and accurate I am with typing data. Then, there was a mock customer service call that they recorded. They wanted to see how well I could follow a script and help a customer with their questions over the phone.
I had a phone interview and then a face-to-face interview at the office. The office interview was pretty standard, similar to other companies. The hiring manager was nice and asked about my past sales roles.
