To get into grad school, the interview process really depends on what research you're into. If you find a professor doing research you like, I'd say shoot them an email and see if they have any research openings.
The hiring process was straightforward. I applied online and then had a phone interview and a Skype interview. Following those, they scheduled an onsite interview. I really enjoyed the entire program. After a few weeks, I received an offer letter.
I was called in to chat about the job, not expecting a formal interview so I showed up unprepared. It was a panel interview with three people. They asked me some questions and told me about the role. They seemed really nice.
