The interview was quick, just 30 minutes. They asked behavioral questions using the STAR method. I got an offer within two weeks and accepted it. It was way easier than other interviews I've had.
It was an intensive weekend of in-person round robins for GA roles in several graduate programs. Offers were extended the following week.
So I had my interview on a Friday afternoon, and it was in the office's conference room. There were like 8 people there interviewing me. Pretty much everyone asked me a question, and they didn't really ask follow-up questions. It was a good experience overall, everyone was really friendly and pretty chill. The questions were good, but not super tricky.
