Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really quick. They gave me a tour of the place I'd be working. The only things they asked about were my availability, how long I could commit to working, my expected graduation date, and my start date. It felt super entry-level, and they trained me once I was hired.

It was one round with the hiring manager. They focused on how I could contribute to the university and mentioned it's a great place for students to work because of the flexible timing.

It was pretty chill, kinda like a chat. They asked me why I wanted to join them, how much I use the library, and what tools I thought were good. Also asked about my studies and my history.
