Primeiro, eles me enviaram um teste técnico, algo como o HackerRank, com 5 problemas de SQL e 5 de Java. Depois disso, tive uma conversa com o RH e um teste de conversação em inglês. Por fim, houve uma entrevista técnica com o avaliador.
After 2 interviews with no significant feedback, the 3rd one, which I was hesitant about, turned out to be the right one. I was contacted by an HR person and then a business engineer. The same day, they proposed me to the BU manager who validated my profile. I had to complete 2 Codingame tests and a successful client interview followed.
The recruiter reached out 2 days after I applied and we set up the interview for the next day. They asked about my background and if I knew about the company. The interview didn't go to technical testing as they weren't hiring for a part-time role. We weren't a match but they said they'd keep my profile for future openings.
