Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It included a technical assessment to evaluate my knowledge and experience, followed by an English level evaluation. There was also a conversational part focused on soft skills, where we discussed past experiences, communication style, and cultural fit. Overall, the process was straightforward, respectful, and provided a good understanding of the role and expectations.

Quick process if you're a typical candidate. It's a very competitive industry, and the company's goal is to grow through hiring. If a candidate is easy to place, they get hired easily. It's harder for high-level or beginner profiles.
