I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter. Then I had two interviews: one online with the recruiter and one in person with the manager. The interviews were standard. No particular difficulty. After the second interview, the business manager called me to let me know I wouldn't be selected.
It was conducted on Skype. The interview was quite relaxed and informal. They asked me about my knowledge in my field, if I was willing to move, and my English level.
Had an initial HR interview with the usual HR questions to get a feel for the candidate. Then, I had a codingame test to complete at home. I ended up having an interview with a sales person even though I didn't pass the online test.
