Candidate-reported interview process
It was a calm and objective interview, with a quick response. I passed the process and had to do another process with the client, which was also very objective. The client didn't get back to me, and I felt that Aubay didn't push with the client and didn't actively look for other clients. The summary is that the visas expired and all the money spent on documents and visas, mine and my wife's, were in vain.
It was a very punctual interview with relevant topics. I think in other companies it's not necessary to have more questions than technical and English. The salary and benefits are great. I didn't like having to wait for openings to go to Portugal. But for those who are not in a hurry, it's great.
The interviewers were excellent, focusing on both the client and candidates throughout the recruitment process with super professional people. They helped with whatever was needed, whether it was to clarify doubts or to prepare for interviews.
