The interview process is really clear and friendly. It starts with one or two calls with a recruiter to align on expectations and introduce the company. Then there's an in-person meeting that includes a psychometric test.

My interview process with Aubay was super positive. From the first call to the end, the recruitment people were really professional, got back to me fast, and were clear about everything. The interviews themselves were good, we had open and helpful talks, and I really felt like they cared about my experience and what I bring to the table. The whole thing was quick and they were respectful of the time, which made it a really nice experience overall. I liked how clear and professional they were the whole way through.

It was really easy, no technical interview. A pleasant conversation. I explained my professional background in detail. For each experience, I detailed the technologies I used in each project. I also detailed the projects I participated in.
