Candidate-reported interview process

It was four interviews total. I really liked the screening process they had in place, especially with all the scammers out there lately. The interviewers had been with the company for ten to twenty years or more, showing a real pride and commitment. They were all so passionate, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. You could tell they weren't the type to give you bad vibes or seem angry. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Lots of paperwork is needed first. You need prior work experience to apply. After your documents are processed, you'll wait for a meeting with the employer.

You start by creating a profile where you talk about yourself, what you're looking for, your experiences, and your education. Then, you'll have an interview with the company. After that, you'll begin interviewing with potential families.
