The hiring process was pretty standard. It kicked off with a video call with the two hiring managers. After that, there was an assessment, which wasn't paid. Then came an in-person interview, and finally, a phone call with a C-suite person. During that last call, the interviewer was eating and washing dishes, and she brought up some qualifications for the role that weren't in the job description or mentioned in any of the earlier interviews.
The recruiter was upfront and clear about the job and pay, and answered my questions readily. The whole interaction felt honest and straightforward, which I liked.
The interview process was pretty standard. They asked some common questions like about challenges I've faced and if I've managed multiple projects at once. It started with a phone call and then moved to video interviews.
