There's usually a written test first, and then they shortlist candidates from that. After the test, you'll go through about 4 to 5 technical rounds. For freshers, if you've taken the e-litmus test, that's how they usually call people, so I'd suggest taking that and applying through it.
I applied through Elitmus. They acted like they were the top dogs in the industry, but in the end, they didn't select anyone. Basically, Elitmus picked some companies and then tried to trick their users by calling them repeatedly about these companies. Honestly, very few of the companies on Elitmus are legit.
The interview had three stages. It started with an MCQ test with 60 questions to be done in 60 minutes. The questions were split into: 10 Aptitude, 10 Data Structures, 10 Computer Networks, 15 OS, 8 C++, and 7 Python. Out of about 60 people, 12 got selected for the next round, which was a Technical Interview. After passing that, there was a final technical interview round.
