Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward. I had an initial chat with a recruiter, then met the hiring manager, followed by a peer. I didn't move forward after that, but everyone was really thoughtful and responsive. I'm not entirely sure why I didn't proceed.

Had a quick chat with the recruiter first. Then got a take-home design task, which was to create a sample email design. This will be reviewed in later stages by the marketing team or a designer. Seems like everyone is super busy for interviews though.

The interview had four rounds, covering SQL and Python, with coding challenges that tested both logical thinking and practical application. Overall, it was a decent experience with a balanced assessment.
