I applied for a job at ATSER and they looked at my LinkedIn. After they saw I was an African American woman, they didn't give me an interview. This makes me think they might be discriminating based on race.
The interview process felt quite informal. Instead of a single interviewer, there were multiple people involved, and it seemed like none of them were fully aware of the situation. Ultimately, I declined their offer as it wasn't a suitable match.
The owner had very biased opinions. It was very rushed. They spoke ill of current employees. The office atmosphere seemed stale. I would not recommend wasting time with this company and the interview process.
