Candidate-reported interview process

The process involved several rounds: HR, Manager, then HR again. Communication was smooth, and they were quite flexible with negotiations. The chat with the manager was pleasant and honest, though that's just my personal take. They don't solely focus on diplomas and do give people chances. However, make sure you're happy with your initial terms, as getting more later on is trickier.

The interview process was easy and in person, since the work is also in person. A background check and drug test are required. You'll interview with HR and the operations manager.

The hiring process was fast and easy, which made for a great experience. I'd love to work with them again in the future.
