The interview process was very straightforward and traditional. They mostly asked about what I studied and my interests. They also asked how much travel was acceptable. The downside was that the travel ended up being a lot more than I initially expected. This might not be an issue for younger folks without kids, but it's something to consider.
So, first you have a phone interview to see if you're a good fit for the role and to ask some basic technical questions. If they like you, they'll call you back for another interview.
I spoke with a recruiter at a college career fair and gave them my contact details. Following that, they arranged a 20-minute phone interview, after which an offer was extended.
