Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter was really nice! They're just busy so it could take a bit for them to get back to you, which was the most stressful part. It was more of a chat to get to know you rather than focusing on technical skills.

It's gonna be a few 1-1s, probably spread out over a few days. Mostly video calls, but at least one will be in person at the office. We really want to dig into what makes you tick – what drives you, what makes you 'hungry' and 'money driven', not just that you're a good person or a hard worker. We'll also talk about teamwork and how you handle the ups and downs.

The interview process was really smooth. It included three virtual calls, each lasting about 30 minutes, where they asked open-ended questions. Everyone was really friendly, and the recruiter was great at explaining the next steps and keeping me updated on my status. I'd give it 5 stars.
