Atrium's interview process was fast, easy, and effective. I had a couple of interviews and got hired within 3 weeks of my first one. They were really good at communicating via email about where I was in the process and what was coming up next.
The hiring process involved a phone interview followed by a one-on-one meeting. The final stage was a panel interview. The entire process from the initial phone call to the job offer took about two weeks. They were very clear about what they expected in the role.
I met with the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager in the lobby. We had a casual chat about my experience, salary expectations, and the job description. It was an easy interview, but it took them weeks to give me a job offer.
