Candidate-reported interview process

I was reached out to by a recruiter at Atrium. We first had a recruiter call where we discussed my background and how I'd fit their sourcer role. The recruiter shared great info about the company culture and tech. I hadn't heard of them before, but they really made me interested after our chat. Then I had another call with their Director and was then invited for an onsite. I met with more recruiters and an Engineering Manager. Everyone was really nice! It was one of the best onsite experiences I've had, with good insights from the team and a very welcoming vibe. I got to the offer stage, but sadly, they didn't have the headcount for the role by the end. Still felt good about the whole thing.

I had a quick chat with a recruiter first, then got invited for a longer, 4-hour in-person interview. During that time, I met with about 5 or 6 different people and even had lunch with the team. There was also an exercise I had to do as part of the interview. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really welcome.

4 rounds total. 2 Peer Interviews (current recruiters/sourcers) Also, there was a Case-Study w/ an activity sheet, which included using Lever ATS & Outlook for scheduling. Lastly an Executive Interview
