Candidate-reported interview process

I had a recruiter call that was scheduled at a career fair, and at first, it felt really good. But then, when the actual interview on Zoom started, the interviewer didn't show up, and I never heard back from them. It felt like they really don't value candidates' time.

It was a pretty standard process. First, a recruiter screen, then a team screen, followed by a technical interview. After that, an onsite interview which included about 2-3 technical interviews and 2-3 behavioral ones. The recruiting team was super responsive, but I didn't hear back after the onsite.

I did a recruiter screen first, then a technical phone interview, and then a final coding interview. The recruiter was nice and kept me updated, the technical screen checked basic programming skills, and the coding interview was really tough — they asked me to solve algorithms fast, and also wanted me to explain how I was thinking.
