I was invited to post on a position by a member of the C-suite, went through two interviews (CEO, who approved the next interview), then a peer manager. After the second interview, no further contact was made; no responses to email to the HR contact. Very disappointing.
I had some technical questions, and then some team-building questions, but it was hard to get a read on the work culture. I was interviewed by several people from different departments. I'm still not sure how I would fit into the culture or what the current environments are like.
The interview is more of a conversation about where the company is and where you fit in. You'll talk with the CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of Sales. These are all very baseline interviews.
